Welcome to Ampliqo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and communications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Company Information

Ampliqo is a CRM strategy and automation agency headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with offices in London, UK.

2. Services

Ampliqo provides CRM consultancy, automation, and related services to businesses in the hospitality and retail sectors. Services may be offered on a project basis or monthly retainer.
   •    Service scope, deliverables, and fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
   •    Timelines are indicative and may vary depending on client cooperation and requirements.

3. Payments

  • All fees are payable as per the agreed proposal or contract.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are settled.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where Ampliqo is unable to deliver services as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
   •    Provide accurate information necessary for project execution.
   •    Secure all rights and permissions for materials (e.g., logos, content) shared with Ampliqo.
   •    Comply with applicable laws when using Ampliqo’s services (e.g., email/SMS marketing regulations).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Ampliqo during the course of work remains the property of Ampliqo until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, intellectual property rights may be transferred as per the agreement.

  • Ampliqo retains the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, or personal data shared during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ampliqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice (typically 30 days unless otherwise stated in contract).

  • Termination does not relieve the client of outstanding payment obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to international regulations where applicable. Clients working with our London office may fall under UK law depending on the service contract.

10. Changes to Terms

Ampliqo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
